Somaliland Somaliland was divided amongst the British, French & Italians. The Bahá'í community was assigned to Persia in April 1952 (M 27), and Somaliland was a consolidation Territory in Africa allocated to the NSA of Egypt and Sudan during the World Crusade. See the stories of Cyrus Samandari (Bahá'í World 1954-63, 925) and Pappiloud (Bahá'í World 1954-63, 944). The Community was part of the NSA of North East Africa from 1956, and at the end of the World Crusade there was a group at Hargeisa. See Messages to the Bahá'í World, 68 82. |
