Guys, We can not make an assumption like that. As Zazaban has pointed out, he may have incorrect references therefore we will have to wait and see. It is haram to judge someone if we do not have the facts. We are not here to judge him. Only Allah can, so let us be civil. If he confirms the reference...

Ok cool. With Imrans permission, could you please either post his replies or simply email them to me. Im interested to know what his response will be. Whether its a fat chance he will remove it or not if proven wrong, atleast it would show the seekers that he has fabricated it and his promise to rem...

Excellent. Now since Imran has promised that he will remove any information on the website which is incorrect, you can present this to him. If he is true in his intention and you can provide him the proof and he cannot provide the source or the correct source, Imran should adhere to his promise. If ...

Actually no. I am not talking about Islam in a way that does not make sense here. You are jumping to conclusions. When have i mentioned that Bahai's are trying to disprove Islam??? I simply explained that Muslims have their counter arguments against "anti-Islamic" sites. RATHER the Baha'i ...

To simply resolve this we need to establish whether Imran has made up the information on his site or whether he has the sources to back him up. Imran is apparently fluent in farsi and arabic therefore someone who is also fluent in these languages should request the sources. If Imran fails to deliver...

Hey, Maybe you can point out the mistakes he has made because as a Bahai seeker i can tell you that he is actually doing more damage than good. If you can point these mistakes out then other seekers like myself can be proven Imran is spreading only lies, but at this time, no Bahai seems to challenge...

One other thing.....

Say if i want to marry my gf but only if she converts to Islam, will she be able to convert but remain Bahai since she doesnt remove her membership from the Bahai rolls? (will the Bahai's still accept her?)

Marriage

Hi All, Just wondering whether there has been any change in the rules regarding marriage from Islam to Bahai. For example, does it state anywhere that its forbidden to marry your cousin now? Please feel free to use references where bahaullah has made marriage with certain relatives lawful/unlawful. ...

But if a Muslim believes in the teachings of his prophet Muhammad he would come across refences to the coming of two people (namely the Bab and Bahaullah). So, he is not shunning the teachings of Islam and is believing in the prophecies foretold by Muhammad... Yes only if interpreted through the Ba...

]First, I am not sure that bringing a Muslim who has become a Baha'i into this Forum will be productive. I sense that he or she will be subjected to accusations of apostasy, and then the discussion will degenerate. For some reason I really doubt that would happen! This isnt a Muslim forum but rathe...

Thanks Brent. As im sure you could imagine, if the Bab was the Mahdi, the Bayan would be a very important book to a Muslim. The Mahdi is the one the Muslims are waiting for who will bring peace and justice to this world. Every Muslim has been taught the importance of the Mahdi and the impact He will...

In which thread did you post that in? I just want to go back to it and have a read.

Another thing, is the Bayan available in English? If not, will it be?

it has already been shown that the Bab considered Himself the Mahdi, as did Baha'u'llah. so there is no confusion as to what the Bab's station was, at least among Baha'is (and non-Baha'is) familiar with islam and the Bab's claims... Ive been following this thread and it has proved to be quite educa...

In a letter on his behalf, Shoghi Effendi wrote: "The books of the Báb have not as yet been printed in the original. Except for the Bayan, the Seven Proofs, and Commentary on the Surih of Joseph, we cannot be sure of the authenticity of most of His other works as the text has been corrupted by...

haha well the interesting thing about the hadiths, is none of them were even written until like 100 years after mohammad, if not later. if muslims thought that a specific hadith wasn't a true hadith, they would exclude it from collections and such, instead of putting it as "weak, strong" ...

kjf512, i am not baha'i, nor am i a shiah muslim lol, but clearly the hadith predicts when the qa'im will come.. mathematically it predicts the exact year the Bab came.. Which Hadith are they referring to on the site? Im assuming you are not aware of the Hadith and only relying on sources from a dif...

kjf512, like baha'i warrior said earlier.. Muhammad ibn Hasan ibn Ali was the actual 12th imam that existed, but the Bab returns in the spiritual fulfillment of this imam. it is unlikely that the actual person himself would return. the "return" doesn't mean the same exact person, i.e. same...

I suggest you read about His life. He was very much persecuted. BW, i think the point that Imran is actually making is the fact the verse states they will not be wronged however Bahaullah and the Bahais were "wronged". Here is Imran's post again: The verse says that "they" will ...

Thought id revisit this in the chance an ex-Muslim is viewing the forum. The questions i would like answered (if possible) are: 1. As a Muslim, you would of believed in the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad(a.s) regarding the Mahdi. What made you believe the Bab was the Mahdi? 2. Since you would hav...

So term Manifestation is basically another word for a Prophet? Ok i just saw this.... Baha'u'llah's station is much higher than that of the previous Prophets though, since He is the Sender of the Messengers. Baha'u'llah sent Muhammad, among Others. So he is higher than a Prophet because he sent Muha...
