However, I may point out, while we may comprehend everything up to the degree we have obtained, the physical world will be as distantly touched and mystifying as the spiritual world is now.

No, He is not God, as He has clearly said, but He does speak as God. That is, God speaks through Him. I can't find the quote, but He says something like "This is not of Me" when asked a similar question.
One may pray to Him, but worship would be too strong a relation, I think.

Though you have to take into account that that is the minimum number, and the actual time between revelations could be a bit longer.

Officially, over five million. Guest, I wouldn't use apparent numbers. Population percentage varies incredibly depending on where you are. There would be about 1 in 1,250 in an "average" population, however some are much greater or much less. I trust official numbers, as it is well documented.

Baha'is, as a rule, try not to meddle in politics. We vote, but try not to argue over it. I guess, if I am forced to choose, the majority would go towards Kerry, though I can't really answer that.

I'm fairly certain (translation: can't find document) that the Bab said at one point that He Whom God would make Manifest would come in nine years time. No, the Bab was considered infallible.

I guess the Baha'i equivalent of that would be that God would speak directly from Manifestations mouths: They were men, yet it was not Them that spoke, but God.

To answer question two, though only for Hinduism: Within Hinduism, there is Aum, the unknowable essence, of which the Gods are reflections of the aspects thereof. In the Baha'i Faith, God is unknowable, and can then be associated wtih Aum. The Gods, which would then translate as Manifestations, also...

A good thing to remember is that the soul starts its existence an conception, so abortion would be a death .
