UK to be flooded in future --- (Cant find passage)

I cant find the passage in the bahai texts, which basically says that in the future, the UK will be flooded and will no longer exist

I think the Guardian wrote this but im not sure.
(I have not seen the passage myself, i was told about this by my mum).
