Hello to All,
A few weeks ago, for the first time,
I seen photos of the design proposed
for the new South American Baha'i
Mother Temple.
This is an interesting design. For me,
it sort of looks like a hot air balloon
or the swirl top part of a soft serve
cone.
Looking at the photos, I am able to see how the building meets the structural requirements of a dome like
top and 9-sides. I am, however,
unable to discern its cultural significance.
Does anyone know how this structure is indicative of or relates to the South American culture?
Thank you.
