1949 30 Apr An Act to incorporate the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of Canada is passed. The act establishes the name, names the officers as directors, states the location of the headquarters, defines the objectives, gives it the right to manage the affairs of the Bahá'ís, to make by-laws and to hold property. It was used as a model for registration/incorporation in other states.
