1994 Ridván The National Spiritual Assembly of Kazakhstan is formed with its seat in Astana. The 120 Baha'is gathered at the Convention were joined by Lauretta King, Counsellor member of the International Teaching Centre, who represented the Universal House of Justice for the occasion.
