“. . . For Baha'i Community life implies consciousness of group solidarity strong enough to enable every individual believer to give up what is eventually personal for the sake of the common weal.
In regard to the supposed reference to Baha'u'llah in the Book of Mormon, he feels that the Writings of the Founder of the Faith do not contain any passage justifying any believer to uphold the view that Baha'u'llah is a descendant of Joseph. Such interpretations, if not confirmed by the Holy Text cannot be considered as authoritative.”
