"... Regarding the resurrection of Christ, what Abdu’l Baha has written on that subject in the book, "Some Answered Questions", is quite lucid and wholly authoritative. It is evident from what the Master says, that the resurrection of Christ could not have been a bodily resurrection, but has a deeper spiritual significance. It has a wonderful symbolism, meaning the deliverance of the spirit of Christ and His Cause from the persecutions of His enemies and all other earthly limitations.
There is nothing more explicit, emphatic and convincing that the Guardian can add to the authoritative and clear explanation Of Abdu'l Baha as recorded in 'Some Answered Questions'."
