I am new to this forum, and so new to all of the discussions. I have read many of your messages, becoming somewhat confused regarding several of your comments and positions. I hope you don't mind, but I was wondering if you would help clarify a few things for me?

First, regarding the subject of this message. I read mark's post, your response, and the comments you made on your web pages ('Where's the Troops' and 'Christ the second advent'). I guess I am missing something, but you seem to present contradictory views.

The content of marks' message, your response, and your webpage (Christ) suggests confusion, if that's an appropriate description, regarding the relationship/stations of Jesus and Baha'u'llah. However, your webpage contains no such conflict. In fact, you seem to understand, and agree with, the relationships of the Manifestations as revealed by Baha'u'llah in the Kitab-I-Iqan:

'These attributes of God are not and have never been vouchsafed specially unto certain Prophets, and withheld from others. Nay, all the Prophets of God, His well-favoured, His holy, and chosen Messengers, are, withouot exception, the bearers of His names, and the embodiments of His attributes. They only differ in the intensity of their revelation, and the comparative potency of their light.' (pp103-104)

Therefore, when Baha-u-llah refers to Jesus as 'Lord of the Visible and Invisible', He simply means that Jesus Manifested that particular name and attribute of God.

'That a certain attribute of God hath not been outwardly manifested by these Essences of Detachment doth in no wise imply that they Who are the Daysprings of God's attributes and the Treasuries of His holy names did not actually possess it.' (ibid, p104)

Did you decide Jesus was above Baha-u-llah before or after you posted the website?

Also, your attitude and postings here seem in conflict with your comments on alt.rel.bahai lately. It seems to be an almost "Jekyl and Hyde" phenomena. Again, I hope you don't mind my asking, but I have only recently began to read the newsgroups as well, and I feel something must have occured since you last postings here and your recent comments in the newsgroups. Would you mind sharing with me/us the cause of the obvious change in your opinion of the Faith which seems to have manifested itself during this interim period?
