is basically what Baha'u'llah say in The Words of Wisdom/Asl-i Kullul-Khayr (lit. The source of all that is good): "The essence of wisdom is the fear of God".

I agree that what you said is one aspect of this verse. I also think that the adornments can mean the attributes of God which we must strive to aquire (such as truthfulness, mercy, compassion, trustworthiness,....). Those who aquire these attributes, they have attained the good blessings in this life and in the next.
