Jonah, previously, wrote in part: Such an act (suicide) does not mean that the person "has ceased to be a Baha'i" or lose their entitlement to a Baha'i funeral and memorial service.

David Kelley was buried in a traditional Anglican manner and Church ceremony, in an ornate wooden coffin. There were some Bahai prayers included in the service. His "entitlement" to a Bahai funeral and service was rejected by his family.
