Jonah, I could probably recite that letter from memory. Nowhere does it say that the paper should not be published. Some people keep insisting that the Universal House of Justice, or the International Teaching Center, or some other institution, gave instructions for the paper not to be published. I'm looking for documentation of that.
Some people keep saying that some unspecified people were instructed by some institution, not to publish the paper on women's service that was presented at the New Zealand conference. In one version of the rumor it was the Universal House of Justice, in another it was someone from the International Teaching Center.
I would like to know if anyone can produce any documentation, or any other kind of substantiation, for this rumor.
