| Abstract | Some of the papers' turn-of-the-century correspondence is in Persian and includes calligraphy, fingernail drawings, and prayers of Bahá'u'lláh in the handwriting of Mishkín-Qalam. A 1901 report by the Getsingers on the Kheiralla episode was sent to 'Abdu'l-Bahá via Anton Haddad, and these papers contain Haddad's report from Akka. Copies of Persian poems about Bahá'u'lláh by 'Abdu'l-Bahá, and 236 photographs (with duplicates) taken by Dr. Getsinger in Acca in 1899 are also included. The Archives has an unpublished inventory. |
