| abstract | The Logos in Christianity and the Maiden who personified the Spirit of God within Bahá'u'lláh can be equated as one and the same eternal reality. Christians have often noted the similarities between the Logos and the personified image of wisdom (Sophia) in Proverbs and the deuterocanonical books. This article examines some of the corollaries among these three expressions of divine emanation. |
