abstract	In May 2022 it will be 100 years since Prof. August Forel received a reply from 'Abdu'l-Bahá to his letter. Until now, little was known about the original, its early translations in French, English and German, as well as the texts of "Dame Frau Dr. F." and all the others that Prof. Forel and 'Abdu'l-Bahá mentioned in their letters. But were all these arguments really sufficient for Prof. Forel to declare himself a Bahá'í in 1920?
