abstract	In an age of dysfunction tearing the world apart on every level from individuals to nations, how do we build strong, healthy relationships? How do we transform “you and me” into “we”? In this practical guide, the authors show how to create and sustain profound relationships based on spiritual principles. Drawing on the tenets of the Bahá’í Faith, they lay out a path that can be followed by anyone in language accessible to all. In addition to the discussion, the authors present a relationship survey designed to facilitate discovery of personal needs and assessing the health of relationships. Rather than looking at others as imperfect, the authors argue that we need to view ourselves and others as “evolving perfections,” people who, in spite of our flaws, are developing toward something greater. Our happiness depends on this new vision of relationships.
