Abstract	The claim that Dr. Jordan was assassinated by Iranian operatives has only two citations. The first, VICTIM IN STAMFORD MURDER IDENTIFIED AS MISSING DEAN By Edward A. Gargan, The New York Times, Oct. 21, 1982 (https://www.nytimes.com/1982/10/21/nyregion/victim-in-stamford-murder-identified-as-missing-dean.html) makes no such claim and quotes Dr. Firuz Kazemzadeh as saying "any speculation of an Iranian terrorist link to Dr. Jordan's death without proof would be 'very harmful to the Bahai in Iran.'" The second article, "Bahai Death Probed" from the Toronto Globe and Mail, was dated October 22, 1982. Despite speculation by Baha'is that Dr. Jordan was assassinated by Iranian operatives, no other evidence is presented in this book to support the assertion. The same assertion appears in a Cato Institute report at https://www.cato.org/sites/cato.org/files/wp-content/uploads/cato_a_list_of_deadly_terrorists.pdf on the last page, the line labeled 36.
