Abstract	This periodical is a "revival" of The Caravan published by Mirza Ahmad Sohrab, Covenant-Breaker from the first half of the 20th century. It also revives Ruth White's attacks on the Will and Testament of 'Abdu'l-Bahá, because the so-called "Free Bahais", like Mrs. White, have the ulterior motive of trying to discredit an administration which they personally oppose, and in particular the Guardianship of Shoghi Effendi. The periodical and associated website directly attack the character and person of Shoghi Effendi as well as the Universal House of Justice.
