Abstract Spiritual and physical values constitute essential aspects of educational objectives. Much like a coin with two distinct sides, these two elements are mutually complementary; together, they constitute a valid and complete entity—analogous to the full value of a currency. Education is an endeavor—a process designed to cultivate spiritual capabilities and attitudes—encompassing mental, intellectual, and even spiritual dimensions. Physical education, conversely, is an activity organized to serve as a medium for facilitating this broader educational process. As an integral component of educational activity, physical education functions as a specific approach aimed at fostering spiritual well-being. This study seeks to investigate how educational values are implemented within the educational system, specifically from the perspective of the Baha’i Faith. Through interviews and observations, it was revealed that while Baha'i education generally shares characteristics common to other educational models, it possesses distinct features of its own. Specifically, within its study circles, there exists a standardized curriculum derived from the teachings of Baha'u'llah—comprising both his spoken words and his sacred writings—which are immediately translated into practical values applied to daily life and conduct. The findings of this study indicate that the characteristics of Baha'i education are universal (all-encompassing); that is, they are not confined solely to formal schooling institutions, and the participants range from children and adolescents to adults. The learning system itself is known as the Ruhi Institute. The key components of this educational framework include tutors, participants, the Baha’i curriculum, and the institution of the Spiritual Assembly. The function of Baha'i education centers on the development of knowledge—both scientific and religious—as well as intelligence, practical skills, moral and ethical character, arts and literature, and both spiritual and physical health. Ultimately, the objective of Baha'i education is to cultivate human beings who are obedient to (and possess knowledge of) God, the One and Only; who recognize the Manifestations of God; who dedicate themselves as servants of God; and who actively strive to realize the unity of humanity.
