Abstract History and doctrines of the Bahá'í Faith from an Islamic perspective.
"Bahá'ism, in reference to its founder Bahâullah Mirza Hüseyin Ali El-Mazenderani En-Nûrî (d. 1309/1892), dates back to the 19th century. It is a Mahdi movement with extreme ideas that emerged in the Iranian geography on the "political-charismatic leadership" religious discourse, dating back to Kazim Er-Reshti (d. 1259/1843), the second leader of the Sheikhiyya Sect, who belongs to the Shiite Imamiyya Sect. Basically, with the emergence of the Bab and Bahá'u'lláh, Hz. Bahá'ís, who claim that the process of prophecy and revelation continued after the Holy Quran, with the writing of the books of Prophethood and Akdas after Muhammad (pbuh), have differed greatly from the Islamic faith tradition within a period of approximately one and a half centuries. At the point reached today, Bahá'ís, who argue that the door of revelation between God and the prophets should never be closed, differentiate themselves from the Sheikhism, which sees the existence of the Perfect Shiite, who has the infallible knowledge of the Imams, as essential, and essentially the "Manifestation of God" who has access to the knowledge of direct revelation and carries the attributes of the Prophets. They developed the belief that [such] people should exist in all ages. Thus, the Bahá'í faith, which is shaped by two separate manifestations of God (mazahir-i ilâhiyye) Bâb and Bahá'u'lláh, accepted by Bahá'ís, and two separate holy books, Bayân and Kitabu'l-Akdes, is based on the two main sources of Islam, the Quran and the Sunnah. They claim that it was abolished with the advent of the Bab and Bahá'u'lláh. Today, Bahá'ís who want to re-determine the value given to the Kitabu'l-Akdes and the position of faith among the divine religions separate from Islam, Bahá'u'lláh, who does not sin, who does not make mistakes (el-ismetu'l-kübrâ) and who has no partner in these two matters. It focuses on the claim that Mirza Hussein was a "Prophet". They also believe that Bahá'íism should be accepted as a separate religion by all nations of the world."
