Abstract This book offers a Bahá'í perspective on human communications leading to justice, unity, well-being and peace within true communities intended to be "havens of unity" for humanity ( Universal House of Justice, Ridvan 2016). Its central theme is consultation as designed by Bahá’u’lláh, for which spiritual moccasins are needed. The book is divided into three parts. The first examines how to prepare for counseling as you progress towards spiritual maturity. The second looks at Bahá'í consultation, a pinnacle in human communications. The third shows what constitutes an ideal community. A substantial glossary completes it. The author, a member of the Bahá'í community for almost 50 years, holds a doctorate in social work specializing in communications and intercultural relations. She has taught at the university level, notably to the Algonquins of Abitibi and the Crees of northern Quebec.
