| Abstract | This study highlights some of the best practices implemented by the Italian Bahá'í community, aimed at inaugurating and consolidating a path of coexistence and peace among different religions on the same territory, by means of three specific case studies that analyze three situations organized in different places, physical but also virtual, which derive from my direct participation as a "participating observer", at least for the first two examples. Specifically, firesides are examined, i.e. informal meetings, which can take place in two ways, both face-to-face and online due also to the pandemic situation that has characterized recent years, between believers and non-believers who converse on various issues; the Garden of Religions of Bolzano, a pleasant place that unites the different religious confessions present in the city in a single "common path", a symbol of the peaceful walking together of different religions and cultures and their chronological development; the event of interreligious prayer in Terni, which has been taking place since 2017 in the Umbrian city with the aim of helping to build peace with a concrete case. |
