Abstract	In 1796, during the Qajar dynasty established by Agha Muhammad Shah in the Iranian region, the Baha'i faith emerged as a branch of Bábism, which claimed to represent the Mahdi awaited by the Shia sect. The Baha'i faith still exists today. The Baha'is, who deviated significantly from Bábism, were actually sustained with the support of the British and Russians. During this period, they played a role in the establishment of the Pahlavi dynasty and aligned themselves with Reza Shah during the formation of the new government, thereby ensuring their supporters gained positions in political, social, military, and educational fields. This study, written with the contribution of Persian literature sources, explores the relationship between Reza Shah and the Baha'i faith, which has not been discussed in the Turkish literature. The study covers the Baha'i faith, the period and reforms of Reza Shah, the contributions of the Baha'is to the newly established government, and their influence on the administration. While the Baha'i faith is widely discussed in the Turkish literature, it is usually presented in terms of its history, beliefs, and rules. The study identifies gaps in the Turkish literature regarding the political branches of the Baha'is and their activities during the Reza Shah era and addresses these gaps.
