Abstract On July 12, 2025, the Württemberg State Library (WLB) returned seven books to the grandson of Alice Schwarz-Solivo (1875–1965), a leading Baháʼí representative from Stuttgart at the beginning of the 20th century, and to the Stuttgart Baháʼí community, during a public event. The event took place on the 150th anniversary of Ms. Schwarz-Solivo's birth. The returned volumes had been discovered during a search for Nazi-looted art in the WLB's holdings. Speakers at the event included the WLB's Director, Dr. Rupert Schaab; the State Government's Commissioner against Antisemitism and for Jewish Life, Dr. Michael Blume; the head of the WLB's project on Nazi-looted art research, Dr. Hans-Christian Pust; and Ms. Schwarz-Solivo's heir, Gisbert Schaal. Manfred Hutter, Professor Emeritus at the University of Bonn, gave a lecture on the topic of "The Persecution of the Baháʼí under National Socialism." We were able to conduct the following interview with him before the event.
