abstract note	The Baha'i religion is a monotheistic religion that is oriented towards the unity of religious spirit for all humans. The aim of this research is to analyze the human values contained in the teachings or principles implemented by the Baha'i community so that they can establish harmony with religious communities in Cebolek Kidul Village. The type of research in this study is qualitative research. Data was obtained using interviews, observation and literature review methods. The results of this research explain that the teachings of the Baha'i religion contain human values such as freedom, social care, anti-discrimination and democracy. The Baha'i religion teaches freedom to its followers to seek the truth independently based on their sense of sight and conscience. Apart from that, Baha'is also always take part in social activities in the village, are polite and open to different communities, and always prioritize deliberation in making decisions. It is on the basis of these human values that the Baha'i community in Cebolek Kidul Village can establish harmony between religious communities so that the Baha'i religion continues to exist.
