abstract note	This study sought to determine the impact of Baha'i teaching, through Baha'i administration, on its young members in a Baha'i community in Barrio Batong Malake, Los Banos, Laguna. Specifically, it attempted to find out: (1) the participation of the youth in the implementation of the tenets of the Baha'i Faith ; (2) the role of Baha'i Faith in facilitating the development of a sense of belonging and self-awareness among Baha'i youth ; (3) the possible areas of conflict for the youth upon accepting the Baha'i Faith.
