Dynamic Consultation is based on a Bahá’í model of decision making called consultation that uses specific tools to guide groups in working toward better solutions. Dynamic Consultation works past solving the conflict to not only resolve the issues and improve the relationships, but to promote human flourishing for both the individual and the community.
