abstract The response of these two staff members of the Bahá'í Office of External Affairs is directed towards the issue of how different racial and ethnic groups have fundamentally different views of the state of intergroup relations. The specific question was: "What factors contribute most to this gulf in intergroup relations and what can faith leaders and their communites doe to address these factors?" Prince and Cosby respond that the religious communities must promote diversity and engage in programs of education.
