abstract	Communication strategy is communication conducted by individuals, groups, or organizations aimed at achieving a common goal. An effective communication strategy is crucial in group communication to ensure that all members understand the shared objectives. Group communication involves members from diverse cultural backgrounds, requiring an understanding of intercultural communication to avoid misunderstandings. Such misunderstandings, barriers, and discriminatory actions necessitate efforts, one of which is peaceful coexistence. This research aims to identify the communication strategies of the Baha'i community in maintaining peaceful coexistence. The study employs several concepts such as communication strategy, group communication, intercultural communication, and peaceful coexistence. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The study involves three informants. The research employs data reduction analysis methods, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the Baha'i community maintains peaceful coexistence through deliberation, discussion, and openness using the elements of who, to whom, says what, in which channel, and with what effects. The applied communication strategy diminishes prejudice and changes the perception of the surrounding community. The study concludes that the Baha'i community has successfully used communication strategies to maintain peaceful coexistence but still needs to communicate with the elite in Cebolek Village.
