The theme of the conference is the exploration of a body of evidence which indicates repeatable, affirmable data which may be used for prediction, assessment and treatment of sociopathy. It may lead through better understanding to prevention.

Hard science has not been an important aspect of our traditional attitude to antisocial behaviour but the advent of functional brain scanning, advances in neuropharmacology and psychogenetics have been allied to progressive thinking in sociobiology, primatology and psychology to lead to this new ontology.

This conference brings together world experts in these fields and those of theology and philosophy to ensure an informative, enjoyable and provocative programme.

Bahá’í International Community’s Office of Public Information in Paris is seeking an Assistant to the Director.

The activities will include: assisting with the organisation and follow-up of seminars and public information projects in collaboration with National Spiritual Assemblies in Europe and in the Francophone world; assisting with the Office of Public Information’s publications, secretarial work and administrative tasks.
