194-		 The Bahá'ís of Iraq launched a Three Year Plan (1947-1950). [Ruhi 8.2 p46; BBRSM158]

The goals were:
   -To increase the number of Bahá'í centres
   -To complete the construction of the National Hazíratu'l-Quds
   -To raise contributions to support the National Fund
   -To establish ten new Local Assemblies
   -To encourage Bahá'í communities in the south of the country
