202-		 The Pakistani government continued to prohibit citizens, regardless of religious affiliation, from travelling to Israel by marking Pakistani passports as "valid in all countries, except for Israel." Representatives of the Bahá'í community continued to say this policy particularly affected them because the Bahá'í World Centre is in Haifa, Israel.
