In paragraph 95, the second sentence: "Were I to disclose unto thee the reality of this station, thou wouldst lament and bewail the plight of this Servant Who remaineth in the hands of these infidels, Who hath grown perplexed at his plight, and is lost in bewilderment in this fathomless ocean."
Who does the second 'Who' refer to, and who does the following 'his' refer to?
I'm really perplexed at the meaning of this passage.

It is possible I think that the "Who" refers to Baha'u'llah reflecting in His authoritative role, and the "his" is Baha'u'llah in His human role, with the former looking objectively at the trials of the latter, but not sure about this.
