This is an amazing video, a fabulous visual.
The music is "divine". A nice treat for every Baha'i.
Take a look at this (small download delay).

yes it is nice to watch.
i send it to all friends.
were are you in your readings (oups, recitings) ?
After almost two years, im still overwhelmed and
i dont see the end of it. So much things to read !
It is a chance many elders do help me when at
some point i dont understand certain things.
Otherwise, im stunned daily by the writings !

Manjun,

I’m still working my way through ‘Thief in the Night’ – I’m in the middle of moving to another city, and the rest of my books are in storage at the moment. I am also taking a math course and am spending all of my spare time studying…but I am trying to read online as well.

When I do have time (and the brain power) to contemplate the writings, I struggle a bit with the whole concept of God. I’ve never before been religious, but I’ve always felt like something was missing; so this is a very exciting time for me – I finally feel like I’m filling a void. Since I’ve begun reading about God, Baha’u’llah, and the other manifestations, I’ve felt different- I look at things from a new perspective, and I find myself constantly trying to be a better person; through little actions and thoughts, but I notice them.

I’m excited to see where this path will take me, but I must admit, I’m a little anxious to get there faster. That’s something I’ll have to work on – if understanding requires anything of me…its patience.

Probably more of an answer than you were expecting, but I’m a bit long winded :)

Ciao.
Kira

I've never posted on a forum before but after viewing the beautiful video of the declaration of the Bab, I just had to say thank you for the link.
I will surely send it to every Baha'i I know. Even if many Baha'is around me only speak french, I am certain they will feel the spirit
It is beautifuly done and inspiring. My son and I felt as if the Bab and Baha'u'llah were speaking directly to us.
Love to all of you

A new video is availuable

They issued another one called : 9th July.
It is as nice as the one you saw. (a bit longer to
download).

Here is the link to choose the presentations you
like. You may record them is your hard disk has
enough space, or simply play it on line:

http://www.nybahai.org/web_presentations.html

It is a practical thing to communicate via forums,
a baha'i from vancouver told me about this new video.

As language is concerned, most baha'is in the
east of kanada become bilingual. We get out of
our "cocoon". If your son and yourself felt that
Baha'u'llah spoke directly to you, it is a projection of your
mind. The Baha'i revelation is not a tool to make
you live on a "pink cloud", but to become sane,
objective and balanced.

We are not dependant on "love", hugs, kisses,
and things for weaks. You should go out or
write more often, to feel the pulse and get
re enforced.

Sorry if I gave you the wrong impression. Baha'u'llah and the Bab certainly didn't speak to us through the video. It was an emotional feeling, a feeling of love for all that they endured for humanity.
I watched the video called 9TH of July and found the pictures very nice.
And speaking of pink clouds, it is nice to live in one even if it is only for a few minutes. In our rational world I believe we need to be reminded by whatever means available that we are all living a period of history that will be talked about for centuries.
Thank you for the link but I had already downloaded all the files on my HD
and probably will put them on DVD. Must find out if this is allowed.
As for hugs, kisses and things for the weak, I enjoy them every day.
