Help - what are the fundamental Baha'i beliefs?

Postby Alex » Thu Mar 04, 2004 7:15 am

Dear Friends,

I currently find myself in a new job! I am now dealing with someone from Iraq, someone from Iran, and also from Russia. My question is one of basic language... I want so much to share with them the fundamentals of our faith! Where is it that will find tthe fundamental beliefs of our faith and where can I print them for my new-found friends to read? In their own language of course!

I thank you in advance... my email is sans_souci_2003@yahoo.co.uk

You can find official introductions at:

http://bahai.org/arabic
http://bahai.org/persian

As far as Russian, there is the official site for the National Spiritual Assembly at http://www.bahai.ru/ which I presume gives or links to introductory information.

best wishes,
Brett

Merely naming off the "12 Principles" is NOT a good brief summation of the Faith! I've written one, you may enjoy reading it:
