Bahai Writings on sex within marriage

Postby Qu3st_1ons » Tue Dec 07, 2010 7:56 pm

Hi all,
I wast just wondering if there are any Writings about sex within marriage, as in what sexual acts are not permissable within marriage. ex. is oral and anal sex etc. allowed? I have only so far manage to come across writings on sodomy which is usually in the context of homosexuals.
Would love to have your views and if possible the actual writings on this topic.
Thanks!

I have seen little explicit reference to sexual acts within marriage in the Bahai Writings. The emphasis on equality between the sexes would imply mutual respect, trust, consultation and consent being of primary importance. Any time these conditions are not met the behavior would not be permissable IMHO.
