Does anyone know how to make payments to the house of justice?

It may differ whether you are paying Huququ'llah or contributing to the International Baha'i Fund or some other special Fund. You might be able to get the address from http://contact.bahai.org/ . However, you may wish to ask your National Spiritual Assembly as they may be able to offer this information as well as any information on how to ensure you can qualify in your country for tax deductions--which may require making a payment earmarked for the International Fund but through your National Spiritual Assembly.
