Tranquility, Baha'i style

A short course is being held on Saturday, September 14, for people wishing to learn about reducing their stress levels.

Tranquillity Zones are currently held by the Baha'is every two weeks at the Health Hydro in Milton Road, on Thursdays and Sundays.

The course will be held at Legge House in Wroughton from 10am-6pm. The price is Ł10, which includes regist-ration, lunch and dinner and a Tranquillity Zone booklet.
