1. 1998-05-14 — The National Convention was held 14 - 18 May in the Bahá'í Shrine in Montreal the location of the first National Convention 50 years previous. Registration was required for observers and it was on a first come-first served basis and participation was limited to the first 1, 000 Bahá'ís to register.

2. 1999-05-14 — The Baha'i National Convention was held in the Montreal Bonaventure Hilton in Montreal, QC 14 - 18 May and was attended by some 1,200 believers. The National Convention was graced by the presence of Counsellors Abdu'l-Missagh Ghadirian and David Smith, 12 Auxiliary Board members, and a number of invited guests who had rendered distinguished service to the Canadian Bahá'i community, including Mrs. Audrey Robarts, seven Knights ofBaha'u'llah and believers who had been present at the l 948 National Convention.

3. 2000-04-27 — The National Convention was held in Toronto at the Toronto Baha'i Centre 27 April to 1 May. Special guest of the Convention was Mr. Aziz Yazdi, former Counsellor member of the International Teaching Centre who told stories of Bahá'u'lláh and the Master.

4. 2002-04-25 — The 53rd National Convention was held at the Toronto Bahá'í Centre. 5. 2003-04 — The National Convention was held at the Louis Bourgeois Bahá'í Centre in Montreal, QC. Dr. Eugene Andrews, represented the Continental Board of Counsellors.

6. 2004-04-21 — The National Convention was held at the Toronto Bahá'í Centre. Counsellors Dr. Abdu'l-Missagh Ghadirian and Dr. David Smith represented the Continental Board. Those elected to serve on the National Spiritual Assembly for 161 B.E. were: Husayn Banani, Enayat Rawhani, Donald Rogers, Mark Wedge, Fariborz Sahba, Judy Filson, Susanne Tamas, Karen McKye, and Gordon Naylor. 7. 2006-04-28 — The 57th Bahá'í National Convention was held at the newly renovated Toronto Bahá'í Centre. This year's Convention was attended by Dr. Ann Boyles and Mr. Dan Scott, members of the Continental Board of Counsellors in the Americas. The newly configured space at the Toronto Centre made it possible as well for more than 100 observers to watch the Convention proceedings on a large screen in a conference room on the floor immediately above the Convention Hall.

   The Convention also welcomed Mr. Douglas Martin, former member of the Universal House of Justice who now resides in Canada, and Mr. Larry Clarke, retiring after more than 20 years of service at the Bahá'í National Centre. Those elected to the National Spiritual Assembly for 163 B.E. were: David Smith, Gordon Naylor, Fariborz Sahba, Don Rodgers, Enayat Rawhani, Mark Wedge, Judy Filson, Susanne Tamas, and Karen McKye.

8. 2007-04-27 — The National Convention was held at the Toronto Baha'i Centre. The Continental Board of Counsellors had asked both Counsellors who live in Canada, Dr. Ann Boyles and Mr. Dan Scott, to attend Canada's Convention.

   Elected to the National Spiritual Assembly for a term of one year were Judy Filson (Assistant Secretary), Karen McKye (Secretary), Gordon Naylor, Borna Nourredin (Vice-Chair), Enayat Rawhani, Fariborz Sahba (Treasurer), David Smith, Susanne Tamas (Chair), and Mark Wedge. 9. 2008-05-24 — The following individuals were elected to the National Spiritual Assembly by the delegates at the National Convention to serve for the coming year: Judy Filson, Karen McKye, Gordon Naylor, Borna Noureddin, Enayat Rawhani, Fariborz Sahba, Todd Smith, Susanne Tamas and Mark Wedge.

10. 2009-04-24 — Canadian Baha'i National Convention was held in Toronto from the 24th to the 29th of April. The Continental Board of Counsellors in the Americas asked Dr. Aghdasi, a Counsellor resident in California, and Mr. Scott of Toronto to participate in Canada's Convention this year.

11. 2010-04-30 — The Continental Board of Counsellors in the Americas asked Dr. Ann Boyles and Mr. Dan Scott to attend Canada's National Convention, which was held 30 April to 2 May at the Bahá'í Centre in downtown Toronto.

15. 2020-04-28 —
    The National Assembly announced the results of the election of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of Canada. Because the Convention had to be cancelled owing to public health guidelines related to the COVID-19 health crisis, delegates mailed in their ballots or made arrangements to phone them in. 16. 2021-04-21 — There was no National Convention this year due to the Coronavirus pandemic. A small team of delegates served as tellers to count the ballots cast by the 171 delegates. 100% participation was achieved. 17. 2022-04-29 — The annual Bahá'í National Convention was held at the Toronto Bahá'í Centre. This was the first time the gathering could be held since 2019, owing to the conditions of the pandemic.
