Question:
Concerning the first Obligatory Prayer it hath been ordained, "one should perform it at whatever time one findeth oneself in a state of humbleness and longing adoration": is it to be performed once in twenty-four hours, or more frequently?
Answer: Once in twenty-four hours is sufficient; this is that which hath been uttered by the Tongue of Divine Command.
