However, your question is more specific and focussed -- not to mention including confidential information -- than what's addressed online. I suspect you'll need to directly contact someone at the United States Baha'i National Center or Baha'i World Center for info on restrictions and immigration/visa issues. I don't know what dept., though, so unless someone else gives you more specific information, just write to secretariat@usbnc.org or secretariat@bwc.org, and they'll forward your email to the appropriate dept.
