William P. (Bill) Collins (wcol@erols.com) is the author of "Bibliography of English-Language Works on the Babi and Baha'i Faiths, 1844-1985" (Oxford: George Ronald, 1990). He has a database of nearly 20,000 records, which includes all the records in the printed volume, plus several thousand additional items, almost all in English. These include records for every article in most major Baha'i journals. Bill would like to distribute the database to Baha'is who are willing to buy the database and database viewer on CD-ROM. Before he can sell the database and viewer, Bill needs to have a reasonable assurance that he can recuperate licensing and reproduction costs.

Please respond directly to him at his email address regarding any serious interest. The number of assured customers will determine the price, which could range from $100 - $250 depending on the demand. These prices would have to recover licensing charged to Bill for unlimited distribution of the ProCite bibliographic file viewer, materials costs, and postage, in addition to a modest additional amount to cover the years of labor involved.

An additional modest fee may be charged to those who would like to have annual updates as the database is built. Those who contribute to building the database would receive a discount on future updates.
