Hi. This photograph is authentic. It was published in William Miller's book _The Baha'i Faith: Its History and Teachings_ (he's not a Baha'i). It is one of only two or three known photographs of Baha'u'llah, taken at a sitting for a passport photo in either Constantinople or Adrianople, I forget which. The other passport photo is similar, but not as clear.
