Abstract: This paper presents a provisional English translation of a ten-page Arabic Tablet revealed by the Báb in response to inquiries from two prominent early disciples—Mírzá Muḥammad Hádí Qazvíní and Mírzá Muḥammad ʿAlí Qazvíní—both counted among the Letters of the Living. Though undated, internal evidence suggests it was composed between mid-1845 and late 1847 C.E. The Báb alludes to questions posed by the brothers regarding theological and devotional matters, including the ordinance of journeying unto God and the interpretation of revealed verses. Notably, He directs them to consult His earlier work, the Ṣaḥīfat-i Bayn al-Ḥaramayn, revealed during His pilgrimage between Mecca and Medina, which addresses similar themes. This Tablet offers a compelling window into the spiritual concerns of the Báb’s earliest followers and reflects His method of responding through veiled allusion and scriptural reference. The translation is based on the manuscript published in volume 91 of the Iran National Bahá’í Archives (INBA), pp. 130–139. Download: bab_norozi_hadi-muhammad_qazvini.pdf.
