abstract note	Education in the Baha'i sense is based on the unity and harmony between humanity and the whole being. In order for this unity and harmony, and thus the happiness in the life of the individual, to become a reality and a deeply humanistic world community is created, the person must be holistically educated and formed by an elaborate educational system. The holistic education would include the physical, human and spiritual dimensions of each individual. The neglect of these dimensions will disturb the harmony and development of the above and lead to corresponding alienation. To examine this claim in more detail, this paper deals with the following main topics: general description of the Bahá'í religion, a view of man and the world, political education from the Bahá'í perspective, and the educational and training activities of the Baha'is in practice. The formation of deep political and democratic life-friendly policies should be implemented according to the Baha'i understanding. The Baha'is around the world practice a system that meets these ideals and comes very close. The practical measures of education and training in the Bahá'í sense are analyzed on the basis of the Bahá'í curriculum in Iran before the Islamic revolution and pedagogical maxims derived from it. Then the Bahá'í education in Germany and worldwide using Ruhi courses is presented. This work is intended to stimulate the reader to to grapple with the realization of a peaceful, humane and dynamic world community and the possibility of happiness and the development of the individual to consider.
