200-		 In its Ridván Message the Universal House of Justice said that The restoration of the Cell of Bahá’u’lláh in the prison at ‘Akká was completed, and work began on the remainder of the upper floor of the prison cell area. By the start of the pilgrimage season the number of pilgrims in each group will be raised from 150 to 200.

A talk was given by Mr Hartmut Grossman on the evening of October 30th at the gathering to commemorate the opening of the Cell of Bahá'u'lláh to pilgrims after a break of eight years. It has been entitled Baha'i Saints, Heroes, Martyrs and Administrators.
