Healing through Unity newsletter

The purpose of this newsletter is to create a dialogue among individuals, families, and groups to share and learn how to apply the physical and spiritual healing teachings of the Bahá'í Faith.

• To increase our understanding of the healing process of maintaining balance in our physical and spiritual life.
• To strive to understand, accept, and transcend our own illnesses, diseases and physical and spiritual disabilities, as well as those of our friends and loved ones.
• To consult about the various disciplines and practices in the field of health to assist us, such as medicine, nutrition, prayers, kindness, exercise, massage, music, joy, laughter, and counselling.
• To exchange our experiences on how the Bahá'í principles are working to aid us in our attitude toward various illnesses, abuse, mental health issues, grief, and stress-related factors.
