In reference 32 (on page 405) he writes: "The tablet is also part of the book Panj Sha`n. However, earlier writings of the Báb, including His works written in Mákú, also refer to the tablet." On page 36 he states: "Panj Sha`n consists of nineteen chapters... Each chapter was written in honour of one of the Bábís, and the chapters can all be considered as independent tablets as well. The Tablet of Hurúfát, or Tablet of Nineteen Temples, is one of these chapters."
