Abstract:

Notes:
Sent by email the US NSA, who noted: "We are again pleased to share with you a letter from the Universal House of Justice addressed, on November 24, to an individual American believer who had written to the Supreme Body for guidance on how best to fulfill the Bahá’í obligation to work for the betterment of the world. The writer asked specifically how this could be done while at the same time identifying and effectively countering negative forces that appear to be factors in the disintegration of the social fabric." Title from that email.
